Judge Don Cosby of the 67th District Court in Fort Worth is running for reelection against Democratic challenger Matthew Hegeman.

Cosby said he’s been a judge for 20 years and presided over 400 jury trials, showing he’s a qualified and respected judge. But Hegeman said voters should have a choice in politics, and he’s running to increase turnout and the choice for voters.
