Gerry Pecht moved into his role as global chief executive officer at Norton Rose Fulbright on Thursday, three months early, because the global management team he expanded to meet his strategic goals was in place.

“We had put together the team, and there was so much momentum behind it and so much enthusiasm for it, that the decision was made [to] go ahead and launch,” Pecht said.
