Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton joined a group of 22 state attorneys general who sent a letter Sept. 30 to the U.S. Senate to promptly hold a hearing to confirm President Trump’s nominee, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, to the Supreme Court of the United States.

The other signatories joining Paxton are the attorneys general of Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Arizona, Utah, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, and Alaska.
