Judge Ryan Larson and Lucio Del Toro both want the same thing: to be judge of the 395th District Court in Georgetown.
Del Toro, the Democratic challenger for the bench, said he would reform the court to bring more efficiency and fairness, offering alternatives to incarceration and litigation.
