A state court judge in Houston has dismissed a $750 million lawsuit against Jones Day filed by a Berkshire Hathaway company, which alleged the law firm participated in a “massive fraud” in connection with its work on an acquisition in Germany, but the case can be refiled.

The dismissal without prejudice, requested by the plaintiff, comes after the court agreed to temporarily seal portions of the case, based on the argument that it contains proprietary information.
