Attorney Joins Firm's Corporate and Securities Practice in Houston; Senior Counsel Joins Firm's Dallas Office
Texas corporate attorney Charles Harrell has joined the Corporate and Securities practice of Jackson Walker in the Houston office.
With decades of experience, including work as a CPA, Harrell has guided businesses ranging from technology, health care, and energy startups to mid-market and Fortune 100 companies through all types of corporate matters. His focus is on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border matters, finance and capital markets, and he counsels board committees on corporate governance, regulations and strategy.
Harrell previously served as Houston office managing partner of an AM Law firm, and he has long held leadership roles with the National Association of Corporate Directors and a number of other organizations.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
