Radzinschi/ALM) The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has just removed the last obstacle to a high-stakes patent infringement jury trial in the Western District of Texas next month.
The appellate court issued a brief order Thursday afternoon clearing the way for U.S. District Judge Alan Albright to proceed with VLSI Technology v. Intel, which is scheduled to begin jury selection on Feb. 11.
