Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s decision to lift state COVID-19 restrictions, including a mask mandate and occupancy limits at businesses, effective Wednesday, has not prompted Texas firms to change their coronavirus protocols in offices or to immediately reopen to full capacity.

A number of firms contacted by Texas Lawyer indicated that they will continue to do what they’ve been doing, such as requiring masks in all common areas at the firms and limiting the number of lawyers and staff in the offices.
