In what's likely the first time in Texas history, a father and son are now both judges on the state's appellate benches.
Justice Brian Walker was sworn in to the Second Court of Appeals in January by his father, Judge Scott Walker, who has been a justice for the Court of Criminal Appeals for the past four years.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
