Led by an all-female team of Hogan Lovells lawyers, a company that provides software to apartment management companies landed a $152 million federal jury verdict in Texas last week, including more than $120 million in punitive damages.

The jury in U.S. District Court for Texas’ Eastern Division took just two hours find in favor of a ResMan, a company that provides software and services for the owners and managers of multifamily residential properties, which claimed a client company repeatedly allowed a third company to use confidential login passwords to allow access to and copy its proprietary systems.
