Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has named Edward W. Moore Jr. as Member-in-Charge of its Dallas office. Moore was a founding member of FBT’s Dallas office when it opened in 2015. He steps into the role fellow founding member Dan Novakov held for five years. Moore is chair of the firm’s private equity industry team with a focus in divestitures and acquisitions.

“Having built our Dallas office from two to 21 attorneys, Eddy is the ideal candidate to step in as head of our Dallas office,” said firm chairman Robert Sartin in a statement. “Long-term, we look forward to Eddy continuing the steady, strategic addition of lateral members and teams in areas of practice that best serve Texas and regionally focused clients.”
