Former State Representative and Litigation Attorney Joins Dallas Firm as Partner
The law firm of Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta announced that Stefani Carter, former two-term Texas State House representative and commercial litigator, has joined the firm as a partner, according to a statement by the firm.
A highly regarded senior litigation attorney, having tried more than 70 cases to a jury, Carter comes to Ferguson Braswell with experience practicing law in a variety of settings, from Big Law to a district attorney's office to smaller firms. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and also has a Master of Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
"What Stefani brings to FBFK is a rare mix of top-notch legal experience, strong relationships both legally and across the business space, and an incredible, entrepreneurial mind," said founding partner Kyle Ferguson, in a statement by the firm. "Her leadership accomplishments in business, politics and law are vast and we are so fortunate to have her strengthen our FBFK bench."
