Apparently, Uber doesn’t see the massive public relations implosion resulting from a $1.1 million decision by an arbitrator for failing to pick up blind riders. The trouble for Uber didn’t just begin today, it dates back to at least 2014.

Uber was sued seven years ago for discriminating against the blind and the guide dogs they are legally entitled to use everywhere they go. As part of Uber’s 2016 settlement for close to $3 million, it agreed to see things more clearly, yet, this hasn’t happened.
