The overall pass rate for the February 2021 Texas Bar Examination, which was given online, was marginally higher than the first online bar exam given last October.

The February 2021 overall pass rate was 61.6%, up from 60% for the October exam, which was also online. A total of 70.7% of first-time test-takers and 47% of repeaters passed the February 2021 exam, according to statistics made public Monday by the Texas Board of Law Examiners.
