Despite many courts being closed or limited during the COVID-19 pandemic, some litigation practices and litigation-heavy firms have performed well during the lockdown, according to a recent report for the Mid-Market Report contributed to by numerous ALM editors and reporters.

A year-plus after law firms sent their attorneys home to work remotely, they’ve come through more efficient, productive, and in some cases, better earners, firms reported.
