A pattern of missing deadlines to file, or failing to file court documents at all, has cost a Dallas attorney his law license.

Terry Gorman resigned his law license instead of facing multiple discipline cases, and the consequence that he faced was revealed Friday on the State Bar of Texas attorney discipline list for May. Resignation has the same impact as disbarment, meaning he can’t practice law for five years and must reapply if he wants his law license back.
