Continuing its energy sector hiring in Texas, Baker Botts has hired Shad Sumrow, the firmwide finance practice leader at Thompson & Knight, as a partner in Dallas in the finance section of the corporate department.
Sumrow said Baker Botts is well-positioned to provide the depth of energy expertise to enable him to grow his practice.
