Sidley Austin has hired Thompson & Knight energy transactions partner Holt Foster as a partner in Dallas, as Thompson & Knight continues to lose partners after it announced that it plans to merge with Florida firm Holland & Knight this summer.
Foster joined Sidley's global energy and infrastructure group Monday and is serving as a co-leader of the firm's energy practice.
