A federal civil rights lawsuit filed against Polsinelli by Houston bankruptcy lawyer Trey Monsour, who alleges his former firm discriminated against him because he is gay, is headed to arbitration under terms of his employment contract.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Senior Judge Gray Miller of the Southern District of Texas signed an order dismissing the complaint filed by Monsour, now a partner with Fox Rothschild, because the parties have agreed to pursue the dispute resolution requirements of Monsour’s employment agreement.
