Thompson & Knight, set to merge this summer with Florida firm Holland & Knight, has lost three more partners in Dallas — executive benefits and compensation partner Jason Loden, who joined Baker Botts, and real estate partners Ashley Anderson and Erin Marino, now partners at Stinson.

A number of Thompson & Knight partners in Texas have jumped to other Big Law firms in the wake of the April announcement of the pending merger. Those partners include four who moved to Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, two to Winston & Strawn, one who moved to Baker Botts, one who joined Sidley, and another who moved to Baker & Hostetler.
