After more than a year of working remotely, many judges, attorneys, and legal staff are suddenly returning to their offices and courtrooms again. It could be because more people are getting the COVID-19 vaccine, or maybe because they just miss the day-to-day interaction and camaraderie.

Two weeks ago last Tuesday, the Texas Supreme Court met face-to-face for the first time since February 2020 in the court’s building in downtown Austin, according to a recent story by Angela Morris. At law firms, associates, not to be outdone by their senior cohorts, are also coming back, in some cases for live summer associate programs, according to a recent story by Brenda Sapino Jeffreys.
