O’Melveny & Myers has doubled-down on its client-led expansion into Texas by opening an office in Dallas only three weeks after it launched in Austin.

The firm hired a four-lawyer team of restructuring and litigation partners from Norton Rose Fulbright‘s Dallas office to launch the new location, which opened Monday evening. The laterals include Louis Strubeck Jr., who was co-head of financial restructuring and insolvency in the U.S. and former global and U.S. head of the practice; and Scott Paul Drake, who was regional head of litigation.
