Litigation boutique Susman Godfrey has outbid the market again by adopting a new associate salary scale that beats the market rate set by Davis Polk & Wardwell, which has been matched by dozens of Big Law and boutique firms.

As of July 1, the firm will pay $210,000 in salary to associates in the class of 2020 on a scale that ranges up to $370,000 for associates in the class of 2013.
