Bar AssociationsBoard members of the State Bar of Texas asked for more time from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit to file to reconsider a ruling that said it was unconstitutional and violated lawyers' freedoms of speech and association to force them to pay dues for certain political and ideological bar activities.
