Texas businessman Graham Weston and companies he manages have sued San Antonio lawyer Jason Davis and Davis & Santos, alleging they secretly represented Weston’s wife and ultimately appeared as attorney of record for Elizabeth Weston in their contested divorce.

“This is a case about an attorney who violated the solemn tenets of his professional creed in the name of personal financial gain,” Weston alleged in a petition filed last Wednesday in Comal County, calling the conflict “perhaps the most blatant violation and betrayal of the attorney-client relationship in the history of Texas jurisprudence.”
