Three more partners announced departures from Baker Botts on Wednesday, including the firm’s immediate past financial restructuring chairman and the former partner-in-charge of its nearly 100-attorney Dallas office.

Emanuel Grillo is joining Allen & Overy’s U.S. bankruptcy and restructuring practice in New York, trial lawyer Tim Durst is heading to O’Melveny & Myers in Dallas, and tax specialist Matt Donnelly is landing at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Washington, D.C. Their exits come two days after Baker Botts tax department chairman Richard Husseini left for Kirkland & Ellis in Houston.
