Less than two weeks ago I wrote on Law.com about how McGill University, a university with one of the best reputations in the world, was in the process of badly fumbling their return to campus by refusing calls to provide a safe learning and working environment for students, faculty and all employees.

The Wall Street Journal reported this week that the University of Texas at Austin may be seeing McGill’s bet and even raising them.
