Immigration Attorney Named Partner at Houston Firm

Foster LLP in Houston, a leading global immigration law firm, announced July 1 that Oxana Bowman has been named a partner of the firm. Bowman's practice area includes PERM labor certifications applications and immigrant petitions for multinational primarily on non-immigrant visa petitions and permanent residency applications, manager/executive priority workers, outstanding researchers and national interest waivers.

"We are honored to welcome Oxana as the newest Foster LLP partner," said firm chair Charles C. Foster, in a statement by the firm. "Oxana is a very accomplished and experienced employment-based immigration attorney, who can handle the most complex immigration issues and is sensitive to the needs of her client base."

A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center with a master's degree from North Caucasus Federal University in Russia, Bowman also worked as a research assistant for the University of Houston Law Center. She serves as a mentor to university students at the UHLC Upper Management Mentoring and Part-Time Partners Program. Prior to joining the firm and receiving her law degree, she worked as legal counsel for a local technology company.
