Foster LLP in Houston, a leading global immigration law firm, announced July 1 that Oxana Bowman has been named a partner of the firm. Bowman’s practice area includes PERM labor certifications applications and immigrant petitions for multinational primarily on non-immigrant visa petitions and permanent residency applications, manager/executive priority workers, outstanding researchers and national interest waivers.
