As the Delta variant of the COVID-19 virus wreaks havoc on plans to reopen businesses, including law offices, across the country, there have been many stops and starts as employers try to reach a sensible solution that keeps everyone safe at work.

First, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) outlined the agency's new updated guidance for employers to avoid the spread of the Delta variant.
