Haynes and Boone Picks Up Cadwalader Fund Finance Team in Charlotte
In bank-rich Charlotte, Holly Loftis and a team of associates moved to Haynes and Boone, which has a large firmwide fund finance practice.

Haynes and Boone has hired three Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft fund finance lawyers in Charlotte, boosting its finance team in the North Carolina city where many banks are headquartered.
Holly Loftis, who was special counsel at Cadwalader, joined Haynes and Boone as a partner in September. Associates Eric Worthington joined in June, and Mark Nesdill in late September.
Those lateral hires bring the lawyer count to seven in the Charlotte office, which Dallas-founded Haynes and Boone opened in 2019. Loftis said the team will grow in short order, with three more Cadwalader associates moving to Haynes and Boone over the next few weeks.
