A Dallas attorney recently gave up her law license in lieu of discipline after she stole $50,000 from a limited liability corporation and lied during Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings, according to the Texas Bar's discipline list.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
