Adams and Reese filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Texas Southern District Court on behalf of Kondot S.A., an international ocean carrier. The suit pursues claims against Hansen-Mueller Co. in connection with the transport of 15 million pounds of wheat. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:21-cv-03397, Kondot S.A. v. Hansen-Mueller Co.
