Dallas M&A lawyers Brian Lidji and Kyle Hooper, who have practiced at small firms for more than two decades, have joined Jackson Walker as partners in Dallas to provide clients with the resources of a full-service firm.
"Having our own firm has been a great experience, but it has gotten more and more difficult to take care of clients. It seems like every year we are going outside the firm for help in different areas more and more often. It's burdensome," Lidji said.
