Declaring they “will not be intimidated,” the Travis County Democratic Party and three officials filed a lawsuit on Wednesday seeking more than $6 million from a San Antonio man charged with firebombing the Party headquarters in Austin in September.

“As these cowardly attacks have proliferated across our country, it is critically important that all Democrats and all patriotic Americans denounce and oppose these anti-American interests,” the plaintiffs allege in a petition filed in state district court in Travis County.
