The law firm founded by Houston trial lawyer Tony Buzbee has sued another Texas trial firm and one of its lawyers, alleging they improperly signed clients Buzbee’s firm already represented and actively deprived the firm of its fee interest.

Buzbee has been in the news lately for the $750 million suit he filed over the Astroworld Festival tragedy on behalf of about 125 concertgoers and the family of one of the 10 victims, and also for representing women alleging sexual misconduct against Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson.
