Mayer Brown added Jones Day securities litigator Jackie Vallette as a partner in Houston, as Big Law firms continue to build litigation teams while in-person trials continue to ramp up.
Vallette said she sees great opportunities for the firm to take advantage of increased demand in Houston for litigation expertise because companies moving headquarters and operations to Texas will "find it valuable" to have counsel in the state.
