Between COVID-19, negotiating remote work and new technology, to the war for talent, the past (almost) two years have been nothing if not unpredictable for law firms. Texas Lawyer spoke recently with Marcy Hogan Greer, managing partner at Alexander Dubose & Jefferson in Austin, and discussed some of the challenges her firm experienced during the pandemic and what she expects the next chapter might hold for the legal community.

Greer’s practice focuses on the “law” side of the trial practice, principally litigation strategy and procedures in complex civil matters. She has handled trial and appellate proceedings throughout the country, including a wide range of substantive and procedural subject areas.
