O’Melveny & Myers has hired five Locke Lord corporate partners in Dallas, as the Am Law 100 firm continues to expand its new Texas operations with Big Law partners.

The group includes Locke Lord partner Richard Whitfield “Whit” Roberts, who formerly had served on Locke Lord’s executive committee and as deputy partner-in-charge of the Dallas office; Jack Jacobsen, who was a co-chair of the corporate and transactional department; and Jason Schumacher, who was a co-chair of the energy practice group. Others are partners Will Becker and Christine “Chrissy” Williford Metcalf.
