Eversheds Sutherland labor and employment litigators Scott McLaughlin and Marlene Williams have joined Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart as shareholders in Houston, seeking a broader geographic reach for their practice.
The litigators, who joined global firm Eversheds Sutherland four years ago from Jackson Walker, started at Ogletree Deakins on Jan. 13. Williams had been the partner-in-charge of Eversheds Sutherland’s Houston office, and McLaughlin led the labor and employment practice.
