Acting in defense of the judicial system’s integrity, a Texas appellate court upheld an injunction in favor of a medical software company’s founder, who alleged witness intimidation in a corporate fraud case.

The Fifth District Court of Appeals affirmed the order of 101st District Judge Staci Williams in the case of Mohammad Sohail, a co-founder and former chief executive officer of Wiseman Innovations LLC, which is based in Carrollton.
