Blank Rome and drilling technology company NCS Multistage Inc. have prevailed in the latest patent infringement jury trial before U.S. District Judge Alan Albright in Waco, Texas.

Jurors found on Friday that competitor Nine Energy Service’s Breakthru casing flotation device infringed all of the asserted claims of NCS’ 10,465,445 patent. Jurors also rejected all of Nine Energy’s challenges to the ’445′s validity while awarding $486,000 in damages.
