Another firm has launched an office in Dallas, a location that is shaping up as the hottest market in Texas so far this year.

California civil litigation firm Knox Ricksen, which handles complex health care and insurance fraud suits, on Tuesday formally opened an office in Dallas led by partner Taylor Steele, who has relocated to Texas from California to lead the expansion but will continue to practice in both states. Two associates also recently joined the firm in Dallas.
