A Plano attorney faces an admonishment after his response to misfiling a motion allegedly impugned an appellate court's integrity and insulted its clerks.
Texas' Sixth District Court of Appeals issued an unsigned order Wednesday admonishing Nicholas Mosser at Mosser Law for responding "in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner towards our clerk and deputy clerk through a series of telephone calls, emails, and a letter," according to the court order.
