Counsel for a poll watcher opposing the results of a $1.1 billion Dallas college district bond election could not get the appeals court to consider the alleged evidence because the case was dismissed for a filing timeliness error.
The decision further affirmed the integrity of an election process. However, the lawsuit held up the Dallas County Community College District's access to the funding for almost two years.
