A Florida-based startup firm has accused a Texas real estate firm of fraud for supplying a useless disinfectant product intended for the Argentinian market during the pandemic.

AHBP LLC, located in Miami, filed suit Feb. 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas against The Lynd Co., BioSupplies LLC and ViaClean Technologies LLC, seeking more than $90 million damages.
