Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi, in a joint lawsuit, are asking a U.S. district court in Victoria, Texas, to find the Biden Administration's minimum wage mandate for federal contractors unenforceable under the Procurement Act.
The lawsuit filed Thursday by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton comes on the heels of a lawsuit filed Tuesday by Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich on behalf of his state and four other Republican-controlled states: Idaho, Indiana, Nebraska and South Carolina.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
