Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, in a move that continues its litigation buildout with a cross-border bent, added energy litigator William "Willie" Wood to its Houston office.

Wood was part of a three-partner energy team that joined litigation boutique McKool Smith in 2019. He previously practiced for 35 years at Norton Rose Fulbright and its predecessor firm, Fulbright & Jaworski, where he was U.S. head of energy and infrastructure disputes. He also led the firm's Latin America disputes practice and was a member of the firm's global supervisory board.
