The Fourteenth District Court of Appeals, Place 9 Democratic primary will decide whether Chris Conrad or William Demond will face incumbent Justice Randy Wilson in the general election.
Conrad has practiced law for 15 years. He is a 2003 Rice University undergraduate in music and policy studies. He earned his law degree at the University of Texas-Austin and began his law career in 2006 at the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
