The Ninth Court of Appeals, Place 2 Republican primary pits Stephanie Hall against Jay Wright, both accomplished private attorneys vying for the open seat.
Hall is a solo practitioner of appellate and family law and is based on Conroe. She received her juris doctorate from South Texas College of Law and has been a member of the Bar since 1992. She did not respond to requests for an interview. Emails were sent to all candidates, but Hall didn't reply.
