Attorneys for alt-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones are objecting to a request by the plaintiffs in a defamation lawsuit filed by the families of 10 victims of the Sandy Hook school shooting for communications between Jones and firebrand podcaster Joe Rogan.

In a request for interrogatories, plaintiffs counsel—Alinor Sterling, Christopher M. Mattei and Matthew S. Blumenthal of Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder—requested “any and all non-privileged communications to or from Joseph Rogan, including letters, memoranda, emails, text messages, SMS messages, instant messages sent and/or received over any social media platform or other electronic communications concerning Sandy Hook.”
